Caribbean Makers is an online platform that offers global visibility and access to the Caribbean Region. Caribbean Makers has a unique overview of products, brands, artists, experiences and stories from the Caribbean, which are locally made or inspired by the Caribbean.

Yes, you certainly can. By selecting the product and placing them in the cart you can pay for them at the check-out and it will be shipped to your address.

Yes, it is advised that you create an account when you want to purchase an item. This gives you access to all your purchase history and status.

To order large quantities, you can send an e-mail inquiry to sales@caribbeanmakers.com please mention the product name and desired amount and contact name, mail & number.

You can always modify your order before you go through with the check out and payment. Make sure to verify your cart and that you are sure you want to purchase the product that you choose.

With some products it will be possible to make a custom order. The best thing would be to send an inquiry via e-mail sales@caribbeanmakers.com requesting the custom order. Remember to also mention the product name and brand, the desired amount and contact name, mail and number, so we can easily get back to you.

We have made a lot of effort to display as accurately as possible the colors of “our products” that appear on our platform. However, as the displays of electronic devices vary, we cannot guarantee that your devices display of any color will be completely accurate. Caribbean Makers accepts all major credit cards as payment method.

You do need a credit card to make a purchase.

Yes.  All payments are processed via payment solutions provider CX PAY using cutting-edge technology that creates a safe payment environment for purchases made on the Caribbean Makers platform. Specific features that enhance payment safety are: Customer Vault, Three Step Redirect API, and Merchant Defender.

After you have placed an order, we will send you a purchase confirmation to the e-mail address you provided. If you have not received a purchase confirmation via e-mail please contact us at:  sales@caribbeanmakers.com.

If you have an account and you went through the check-out part successfully you should have received a confirmation e-mail of your purchase.
If you did not receive it and it also did not land in your junk mail. Please mail us at sales@caribbeanmakers.com and we will check what happened to the order.

The currency on our platform is in US dollars.

The items and vendors are from all over the Caribbean. Depending on which product and brand you purchase from the origin of shipment might differ. Currently shipping days are set on Tuesday and Friday. Depending on when your purchase has been made it will be shipped on the upcoming scheduled shipment day.

After you have placed an order, you will receive a purchase confirmation mail and a separate shipment confirmation.
In the shipment confirmation mail you will receive a tracking number that you can use as DHL tracker code.

Caribbean Makers works with many brands that are based all over the Caribbean. This means that your product can be shipped from anywhere in the Caribbean. Depending on your product weight, island of shipment origin and destination a price is calculated at check out.

Your shipment is not automatically insured at check-out nor does the shipping cost include insurance. However, if you would like to insure your shipment please send us a mail at: sales@caribbeanmakers.com.

Please bear in mind that your shipment may be subject to import taxes, custom duties or other related fees that are beyond our knowledge or control. These additional custom clearance charges cannot be predicted or included in the price and will need to be fulfilled by the customer/recipient of the shipment. Customs policies vary; please contact your local customs office for more information on duties & Taxes applicable to you.

At this moment, we do not offer the possibility to cancel an order or return items. Maybe we can find a solution together, please contact us at: sales@caribbeanmakers.com.

Caribbean Makers has partnered with DHL Express, which means that we ship and deliver worldwide. You will receive your package within a matter of days (2-5) depending on destination.
